Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager to lead and grow our ERP sales operations, with a strong focus on the GCC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and closing high-value ERP deals. Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute ERP sales strategies targeting GCC countries.
Identify, qualify, and close ERP sales opportunities with mid-to-large enterprises.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with pre-sales, functional, and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and industry events.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements in the ERP domain.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ERP sales, enterprise software sales, or B2B solutions.
Proven track record of selling ERP solutions (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of GCC business culture and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Arabic speaking ability is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles.
